📦 Delivery Timeline

Our standard shipping time is 5–10 business days from the moment your order is processed. We’ll always do our best to stay within this window, though occasional delays may happen due to weekends, holidays, or customs processing.


✉️ Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

⏱ What If It’s Delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 12 business days, we recommend:

  1. Checking your tracking number for any updates.

  2. Contacting our support team if tracking hasn’t moved or looks unusual.

We’ll make sure your order gets to you or help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🚚 Shipping Options

At this time, we offer standard shipping only. While we don’t offer express shipping just yet, we’re working on expanding delivery options soon.
