🌙 30-Day Return Policy

You’re welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or size exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including any complimentary gifts.

💌 How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@lunettarosa.com with the following details:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The email address and shipping address used at checkout

• A short note about the reason for your return or exchange

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

• If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

• For exchanges, we’ll issue a store credit code so you can select the perfect replacement.

🔒 Non-Returnable Items

Please note we are unable to accept returns for:

• Mystery products

• Free gifts

• Items not in their original packaging
